Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your flannel items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
